Zaya brought together a team of the best internationally recognised architectural, interior-design, landscaping, engineering, marine and hospitality consultants.

An environmental Impact assessment has been commissioned and assured that the development will meet environment sustainability standards. The Resort and Residences is scheduled for completion December 2010.
