The buyers of the plots have three years to start the construction of their villa and two more years for its conclusion. If they wish to, Cantial can be responsible for the construction of the house.

Within the project of construction of your villa, you have the option of building the house of your dreams (subject to the regulations of construction of the development) or leaving the construction of your new villa to the Arq João Paciência and Cantial.
