The buyers of the plots have three years to start the construction of their villa and two more years for its conclusion. If they wish to, Cantial can be responsible for the construction of the house.

In the Aldeia dos Capuchos, all plots have sea views, there are now available for sale with areas between 700 and 1000 m2 (350 m2 building area).
Within the project of construction of your villa, you have the option of building the house of your dreams (subject to the regulations of construction of the development) or leaving the construction of your new villa to the Arq João Paciência and Cantial.
